- - SCFE SYSTEM은 임계온도, 임계압력이상에서 발생되는 초임계 유체를 이용
- 하여 혼합물에서 원하는 물질의 추출 및 합성 등을 하기 위한 장치입니다.
- - 초임계 상태의 유체란 기체상과 유사한 확산계수, 점도 등의 전달특성을 갖고
- 또한 액체상과 유사한 밀도 (높은 용매효과)를 갖는 양면성 유체입니다.
- - 휘발도의 차이를 이용하는 용매추출법보다 빠른 추출과 상분리가 가능하고
- 기존의 방법으로 추출하기 어려웠던 물질을 보다 쉽게 추출할 수 있으며
- 용매회수도 간편합니다.
- - 주로 쓰이는 것으로는 Co2가 있습니다.
